What should I do if my ticket via sms available time has expired?

Tickets via sms are valid for 60 minutes. This period starts when you receive your ticket from us.

The available time is the remaining time during which you can transfer to another De Lijn bus or tram. If your journey takes longer than 60 minutes, you must purchase a new ticket.

What if you want to change after your 60 minutes have expired?

In that case, you will have to buy a new ticket when you board. This also applies when your bus or tram is delayed. You can buy a new ticket or one of the other ticket types.
