Do you want to cancel your season ticket?

You can request a refund via the contact form:7

1. Select Season ticket refund application.
2. Enter your personal details and account number.
3. In the event of the holder’s death, upload a death certificate (certificate from the municipality or a death announcement), together with a certificate of succession.
4. Send in the application and we will arrange a refund if you are entitled to one.

Tip

Season tickets at a reduced rate (such as Omnipas 65+, Buzzy Pazz for 6 to 12-year-olds and the Preferential Reimbursement/Transport Guarantee season ticket) will not be refunded. (Except in the event of the holder’s death, in which case a day-by-day refund will be made.)

If you’re unable to request a refund online, please visit a Lijnwinkel store.
