What if the network is down or I have no mobile phone coverage the moment I want to use an ticket?

You are not allowed to board a bus or tram without a valid ticket. If you want to use a ticket, you must therefore activate it before boarding.

If the mobile phone network is not working or is temporarily disrupted before you can activate an ticket, that means you don’t have a valid ticket. If this happens, you need to buy a ticket through another sales channel.
