What should I do if my ticket available time has expired?

  • An ticket allows you to travel for 60 minutes. This time starts running from the moment your is successfully activated. You can always check the remaining time yourself via the app or website.
  • If your journey takes longer than 60 minutes, you need to buy a new ticket.

FYI: your ticket is still visible for 60 minutes after its validity period has expired. Naturally, you can’t use it as a valid ticket during this time.

Exception is the Brupass (XL) ticket. After purchase, you must use it within 18 months. Upon activation, you’re free to jump on and off any vehicle within 60 minutes within a certain validity area served by the four public transport companies. After those 60 minutes, you can still complete your ride, with a maximum of two hours.
