What should I do if my data isn’t correctly retrieved from the external databases when I’m purchasing a season ticket?

When you purchase a season ticket, De Lijn requests the necessary data from external databases. For example, we take your passport photo from the National Register and we check whether you are entitled to preferential reimbursment with the Crossroads Banks for Social Security. We need your permission for the latter.

What if the information retrieved is incorrect?

If this is the case, contact the Population service of your municipality and check whether the information they hold about you is correct.
