My card isn’t working. What should I do?

  • Try this out at the scanner near the driver or further down the vehicle.
  • Are there any tickets left on your card? You can easily check this using the information button on the ticket machine or on the scanner in the vehicle. Or check this page to see how many rides are still on your card.
  • Stop by at a Lijnwinkel store. The staff there can test your card and possibly exchange it.
  • If your card isn’t working you should buy another ticket. Otherwise, you risk being given a fine.
