Go to the contact form and leave your contact details. These are your name, customer number and date of birth. Use this form to let us know which information you no longer give us permission to use.
We will then delete the specified contact details only. For example, if you have a second email address, we won’t automatically delete it. You therefore need to tell us all the email addresses on which you no longer wish to receive emails. We will delete your data from our systems within one month of your request.
What are the consequences?
You will no longer receive direct marketing, including promotions, special offers, etc. You will still receive general information about our services or renewal offers for your season ticket. If you have specifically subscribed to a newsletter (e.g. about detours) you will continue to receive it.
