How can I cancel my online purchase of my season ticket?

From February 6, 2024, our withdrawal policy regarding online purchases will undergo an important change. However, for online purchases from February 6, 2024, the right of withdrawal no longer applies due to an exception for transport services. For online purchases made before February 6, 2024, you can still invoke the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days.

How do you cancel your online purchase? (valid for purchases until 06/02/2024):

  • Complete the form, sign it and send it by email or post to our Season Tickets service, Slijkensesteenweg 11 - 8400 Ostend.
  • If you’re exercising your right to cancel, you don’t have to give a reason and there are no negative consequences. From the moment you use our services, the right of withdrawal can no longer be invoked.
  • If you’ve already purchased a MOBIB card, the administrative fee of 5 euros will not be reimbursed. The card will remain valid, though, and you’ll be able to put another season ticket on it from De Lijn or another Belgian transport operator at a later date.

Note

Do you want to cancel or stop your season ticket after 14 calendar days? If so, you can apply for a general refund.
