Have you already registered a MOBIB card with De Lijn?
In this case your new travel pass is automatically loaded onto your existing card.
- Did you buy your travel pass via our website? Then your renewed travel pass is loaded onto your card by 10 am the next day.
- Did you renew your travel pass by clicking on a link in the email with payment instructions we sent you? Then your renewed travel pass is loaded onto your card by 10 am the next working day.
- Did you pay via bank transfer? Then your new travel pass is loaded onto your MOBIB card within 7 working days.
Did you lose your card? Apply for a new one.

You don’t have a MOBIB card yet and you bought your travel pass on the website?
If you didn’t have a MOBIB card yet your card - including your travel pass - will be sent to your registered post address within 7 working days. If you want your travel pass to start sooner (but no sooner than one day after purchase) then you will receive free SMS tickets that you can use until you receive the card.
De Lijn has no control over exceptional delays caused by external partners. If your card hasn’t arrived after seven working days, it’s best to wait a few more days before contacting our Travel Pass service. Your MOBIB card still hasn’t arrived two weeks after your payment? Then contact our Travel Pass Department.
