After submitting your application, you should wait for at least 10 days. De Lijn, cambio and Blue-bike need this time to convert your application into a travel pass or membership.

• Blue-bike can be contacted by email at info@blue-bike.be. Be sure to mention that you have submitted an application for the House Move Promotion trial pack.
• Your municipality cannot provide you with any further information about your requested trial pack. Although it will have told you about the promotion in the first place, the transport partners will process your application.
