Every month (on around the 4th) our Travel Pass service uploads a warning list under ‘Shared files’. You will receive a notification of this by email. The warning list is an overview of employee travel passes that will expire in the next two months.
How does it work?
- Check the warning list every time you receive the notification.
- Indicate in the warning list what actions you want us to take (renew, cancel the link, etc.). You can also add new employees for whom you wish to pay a contribution. You can find out how to do this in the warning lists manual under ‘Shared files’.
- Then upload the edited warning list under ‘Shared files’. Our Travel Pass service will process your requests as soon as possible.
- Afterwards you can check the status of each employee in the portal.
Tip
In a later phase you will be able to perform all these actions yourself directly in the portal.
