I have requested a new travel pass for my employee. Why has he/she not received it yet?

First check the employee’s status.

Does the employee not yet appear in the overview? If so, your request has not yet been processed on our sales system.

If the employee already has a MOBIB card

  • If your contribution is 100%, the new travel pass will automatically be put on the existing card after your application has been processed.
  • If your contribution is less than 100%, the new travel pass will automatically be put on the existing card as soon as the employee contribution has been paid and processed.

If the employee does not yet have a MOBIB card

  • If there is no employee contribution to the MOBIB card and/or travel pass, we will send the MOBIB card – with travel pass – to his/her official postal address* within seven working days.
  • If there is an employee contribution to the MOBIB card and/or travel pass, we will send the MOBIB card – with travel pass – to his/her official postal address* within seven working days of processing his/her payment.

*Unless we have a different correspondence address.

De Lijn has no control over exceptional delays caused by external partners. If the card has not arrived after seven working days, please wait no more than a week before contacting our Travel Pass service. If the employee has not yet received a MOBIB card after two weeks, send us a message
