As a third-party payer, when and how will I receive the invoice?

Since 1 January 2023, De Lijn has switched to fully digital invoicing.

This means that all outgoing invoices are provided as e-invoices in line with the PEPPOL standard. If you work with an Access Point or have the right accounting software, this process runs automatically.

Do you lack experience of this system? If so we will send the invoice by email. To do this we need certain information (including your email address for invoicing). Send us the necessary details using this form.
