Your De Lijn season ticket is valid on flex transport. All you have to do is register your MOBIB card so the driver can check your MOBIB card and season ticket when you board.

You can register your season ticket in 2 ways:

• By phone via the De Lijn Flex centre (015 40 88 88). Keep your MOBIB card handy.
• In the De Lijn Flex app.

Registering via the app

1. Open the app (iPhone or Android)
2. Click on Start
3. Enter your phone number
4. Enter the verification code you received via SMS
5. Click on the three bars at the top left
6. Choose Add MOBIB card
7. Enter your MOBIB number and postal code
8. Click on next
9. You can now validly travel with your Flex transport subscription

Good to know

• You can link an expired MOBIB card, as long as it has a valid subscription.
• You can also link a MOBIB card from another operator.
• When renewing your season ticket, you must first scan the MOBIB card on regular transport or in a Lijnwinkel, after which you can use it on Flex transport.
• When renewing your MOBIB card, you must link the MOBIB card again.
• You can link 1 MOBIB card in the app under 1 account. Linking several MOBIB cards is not possible.
• Digital boarding via De Lijn's app is not possible on Flex transport.
