When will I receive a push notification and when will I receive a text message with updates about the exact pick-up time – and how can I change my preference?

You will receive a push notification if you have opted in your device settings to allow notifications to be received from the Hoppin app. A push notification appears on your mobile device and disappears as soon as you tap it. You cannot find the message afterwards or read it again in the app.

  • Android: (settings - Apps - Hoppin - App settings (disable allow notifications))

Would you rather receive a text message? Then make sure that there is no tick against push notifications in your device settings!

You will only receive a voice message if you have made a reservation via the landline. 30 minutes and 10 minutes before the start of your ride, you will be called on your landline number and you will receive the necessary information about your flexride via an automatic voice message.
