What should I do if I have lost something on the flexbus?

If you realise that you have lost an item of property...

  • on the same day: Phone the Hoppin Switchboard (0800 12 2 12). They can check whether the driver is still out with the bus and whether your lost item has been found.
  • longer ago than today: Phone De Lijn on 070 220 200 (€0.30/min). De Lijn will help you find your lost item.

Our employees need the following information:

  • your identity, so that they can find the correct journey in your profile. They will also ask you for your full name, email address and/or telephone number.
  • a description of the lost item: colour, brand, other details, etc.

Our employees will then do all they can to find the lost item as quickly as possible.
