How can we help you?

Why am I not shown the flexbus as a suggested solution when planning my journey?

You cannot book flexible transport if there is sufficient provision of regular public transport. This is because De Lijn Flex is intended as a flexible form of supplementary public transport.

So we always check first whether a regular service (train, tram or bus) can take you all or part of the way from your pick-up location to your destination.

What if you have reduced mobility and you want to plan an accessible ride?

When making your first telephone booking for flexible transport, let the Hoppin Switchboard know that you need an accessible ride. Depending on your mobility needs

  • we can provide an accessible vehicle.
  • you may or may not be able to travel the proposed combined mobility route(s) directly in one flexbus.

After your first telephone registration, your needs are registered. You can then book with both the Hoppinapp and the Hoppincentrale.
