Click on the menu at the top right of the website or tap the menu at the top left in the app. Then click on your name, and you will see ‘Delete account’. It takes 48 hours for your account and all personal data to be deleted.
If you haven’t used the Hoppin travel planner yet but have already travelled with a flexbus, the Hoppin Switchboard has automatically created an account for you. Contact it on 0800 12 2 12 to delete your account.
Note
If you used another transport operator in the past, you may still have an account there. If you also want to delete that account, you can do so through that operator’s applications or customer service.
