I bought an Antwerp P+R combined ticket in the app, but I’m unable to enter my vehicle registration number.

First drive into the park-and-ride and park your car, and only then enter your registration number. If it still doesn’t work,

this means that your registration number wasn’t correctly recognised when you entered the car park and therefore has not been found in the system. Contact the car park manager at the barrier. He will open the barrier for you on presentation of the activated Antwerp P+R combined ticket.
