For the ‘vehicle on map’ function we depend on the hardware on our vehicles. You will only see the vehicle’s location if it has real-time reception. If this reception is less than real-time, the system will not send your vehicle’s location to the app as quickly. At present, the real-time location is automatically updated every 15 seconds. We are working hard to reduce this time even further.
