This can happen because we work with two different systems.

• For the ‘vehicle on map’ function, the app communicates with the hardware on your bus or tram. This location should be the most accurate.
• Different systems are responsible for the real-time function, so there may be a slight delay in the transfer of the exact location data.

However, the difference will never be more than a few seconds, so please be patient.
