Why can’t I see my vehicle on the map in the app?

There are several possible reasons why you may not be able to see your vehicle on the map in the app.

Check if you have the most recent version of the app. The ‘vehicle on map’ function is available from version 5.28.0. Do you still have an old version? Download the latest version and you can immediately use this function.
Of course, if a bus/tram has not yet started its journey, you can’t follow it on the map.
You will only see the vehicle’s location if it has real-time reception. Otherwise, you will see one of these messages below the map on the journey page:
